Producing "We Need To Make A Change…" was an intricate task that involved more than just logistical challenges—it required delicately balancing the delivery of tough news about changes to our business model. Working alongside Wes Ellis, we aimed to script a video that, while attempting to be amusing, packaged these essential but difficult changes. The video stands out for its slick pacing and style, qualities I'm genuinely proud of. However, reflecting on audience feedback, I recognize that a more grounded and sincere tone might have better served the message. Embracing this learning experience, I present this project as an example of how even partial setbacks can refine our craft and approach.
